SATURDAY: 12:30–1:30PM (Please make sure to collect during this time. We teach all day on weekends, so we’re only able to assist during this short break.)

Kindly ensure the pick-up date is scheduled at least 3 days after your painting session to allow the artwork to fully dry.

Paintings not collected within 14 days will be disposed of without prior notice.

Please note that Wimbledon Art Studios’ office is a separate business and not affiliated with Paperdoll Art Studio. Although we are based within the same creative community, we operate independently, and their office is unable to assist with our bookings or enquiries. We kindly ask that they are not contacted for matters relating to our classes.

As practising artists alongside running workshops — balancing commissions, art fairs, and exhibitions — there may occasionally be a short delay in our response. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY.

Hope this email finds you well, and apologies for the delayed response today.

Please arrange your own courier to collect your artwork from our studio and have it shipped to you. Once you have your shipping label, kindly email it to us along with photos of your artwork for identification. If you have two paintings, we will pack them together — only one label is required.

For shipping, we strongly recommend using UPS, as they have been the most reliable for delivery. Addison Lee is also a good option for direct A to B collection. Due to repeated issues with missed collections, we strongly advise against using EVRi or Royal Mail.

Please schedule your courier collection at least 5 days after submitting this form, so we have enough time to prepare and package your artwork safely.

Artwork not collected within 14 days may be disposed of without prior notice.

Shipping costs are not covered by us.
