Validity Period: This gift certificate is valid for 180 days or 6 calendar months from the date of purchase. Please ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date as extensions cannot be granted.
Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
Rescheduling Policy: Booked sessions can be rescheduled up to 3 times within the validity period. Any additional rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated.
Transferability: Gift certificates are transferable to another individual. The recipient must inform us in advance of the transfer to ensure a smooth process.
Redeeming the Certificate: Gift certificates can only be redeemed for the services specified at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to other classes or products unless otherwise agreed upon.
Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session.
