Hire a Ready-Set-Up Splatter Painting Space

Looking for a private space where you can create freely without worrying about making a mess at home?

Our small splatter painting room at Paperdoll Art Studio is available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. The room can accommodate up to three people and is suitable for artists, tutors and creatives who need a practical space for painting or other messy creative projects.

The room is normally used for our professional splatter painting classes, so it is already arranged and protected for this type of activity.

Please note that this is strictly a room-only hire. We do not provide any paint, canvases, tools, protective clothing or other art materials. You must bring everything required for your session.

Paperdoll Art Studio’s own paints, equipment and class materials are stored and organised inside the room. These are not included in your booking and must not be used, opened, moved or removed.

This is an independent room hire. It does not include a class, professional instruction or assistance from a Paperdoll artist.

Professional and Commercial Use

If you are hiring the room to teach, tutor, deliver a paid session or use the space for any commercial or business-related activity, you must hold valid public liability insurance covering your activities.

A copy of your current public liability insurance certificate must be provided before your booking can be confirmed.

You remain responsible for your clients, students, guests, materials, equipment and activities throughout the hire period.

Paperdoll Art Studio’s insurance does not extend to your independent teaching or business activities.

Room-Hire Prices

Hourly Hire — £15
A minimum booking of two hours applies.

Half-Day Hire — £50
Up to four hours, including preparation, set-up and cleaning time.

Full-Day Hire — £90
Up to eight hours, including preparation, set-up and cleaning time.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

What Is Included?

Your booking includes:

• Private use of a dedicated splatter painting room

• Space for up to three people

• A room already arranged and protected for splatter painting

• Access to water

• A practical environment suitable for painting and messy creative work

• Use of the room for the duration of your confirmed booking

Your booked time must include all preparation, set-up and cleaning.

What Is Not Included?

The following are not provided:

• Paint

• Canvases or painting surfaces

• Brushes

• Painting or splatter tools

• Containers

• Protective overalls or aprons

• Gloves

• Shoe covers

• Safety glasses

• Cleaning materials for your equipment

• Professional instruction

• Assistance from a Paperdoll artist

• Use of Paperdoll Art Studio’s materials or equipment

You must bring everything required for your project.

Bring Your Own Materials

Please bring all the materials and protective equipment you will need, including:

• Your own paint

• Brushes and tools

• Canvases or other painting surfaces

• Aprons or protective clothing

• Gloves

• Safety glasses, where required

• Containers

• Any specialist equipment needed for your work

All materials must be suitable and safe for indoor use.

You are responsible for removing your materials, artwork, equipment, rubbish and personal belongings at the end of your booking. Materials and unfinished artwork cannot be stored at the studio.

Important Room-Hire Conditions

To protect the room and the materials stored inside it:

• The maximum capacity is three people.

• The room is provided strictly on a space-only basis.

• No art materials, equipment or protective clothing are provided.

• Paperdoll Art Studio’s stored materials and equipment are not included.

• Stored materials must not be used, opened, moved or removed.

• All set-up and cleaning must be completed within your booked time.

• The room must be left clean and in the same condition in which it was provided.

• Paint spills and splashes outside the protected areas must be cleaned before leaving.

• All personal materials, artwork and rubbish must be removed after the booking.

• Additional cleaning or damage may result in an extra charge.

• Hazardous, highly flammable, strongly toxic or solvent-based materials may not be used.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• The room may not be used for parties or large gatherings.

• Anyone teaching, tutoring or using the room for business purposes must provide valid public liability insurance.

• Commercial hirers are responsible for the safety and conduct of their clients, students and guests.

• Bookings are subject to the studio’s availability and room-hire terms.

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain projects or longer bookings.

Free on-site parking may be available when your vehicle registration is provided and registered in advance. Parking cannot be guaranteed without prior registration.
