These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products sold by Alma Tipon trading as Paperdoll Art Studio through paperdollartstudio.co.uk, including ebooks, blueprints, workbooks, guides, templates, worksheets, printables and other downloadable materials (“Digital Products”).

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Digital Delivery

All Digital Products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be posted unless expressly stated in the individual product description.

Following successful payment, your Digital Product will normally be supplied through a download link, confirmation page or email.

You are responsible for providing the correct email address and ensuring that your device has suitable software for opening the supplied file.

2. Immediate Access and Cancellation

Our Digital Products are supplied immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the Digital Product before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

You acknowledge that once access to or downloading of the Digital Product begins, you will lose your 14-day right to cancel because you have changed your mind.

If you do not agree to immediate delivery and the loss of your cancellation right once access begins, you must not complete the purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the Digital Product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be supplied as agreed.

3. Refund Policy

Because Digital Products are supplied immediately at your request, purchases are non-refundable once access to or downloading of the product has begun, except where required by law.

Refunds will not be provided because you:

• Already knew some of the information

• Do not have suitable software to open the file

4. Copyright and Ownership

All Digital Products and their original content remain the intellectual property of Alma Tipon trading as Paperdoll Art Studio.

This includes all text, frameworks, exercises, worksheets, templates, checklists, calculations, graphics, artwork, photographs, page designs and supporting materials.

Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer its copyright or ownership to you.

5. Personal-Use Licence

Unless the product description expressly provides a different licence, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence.

You may:

• Download the product to your personal devices

• Print one working copy for your individual use

Each purchase is licensed to one person only. Additional users must purchase their own copies unless we provide written permission.

6. Copying, Sharing and Reselling Are Prohibited

These restrictions apply whether the Digital Product is shared for payment or free of charge.

You may use the knowledge gained to create your own original work or business. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell or teach the Digital Product itself.

7. Unauthorised Use

If we reasonably believe that a Digital Product has been copied, shared, resold or otherwise used in breach of these terms, we may:

• Terminate your licence

• Disable further access where technically possible

• Require all copies to be deleted or destroyed

• Request removal from websites or online platforms

• Issue copyright-infringement notices

• Pursue any legal remedies available to us

Termination due to a breach does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Information and Results Disclaimer

They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, insurance, health and safety, safeguarding or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee bookings, sales, income, profit, business growth or any other particular result.

9. Download Problems

If you do not receive your Digital Product or experience a genuine technical problem, contact us with your full name, order number, purchasing email address and a description of the problem.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files. We recommend keeping a personal backup, as download links may not remain available indefinitely.

Providing a replacement link does not create a new cancellation period or an additional licence.

10. General Terms

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the applicable courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
