2. Age Requirements
The Intro Splatter Class is intended for participants aged 18 and over.
Participants aged 13–17 years are welcome to attend only when accompanied by a participating adult aged 18 or over.

Paperdoll Art Studio reserves the right to refuse entry where age requirements are not met.
3. Health and Safety
Participants must follow all instructions given by the artist hosts at all times.
The Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, intoxicated, or likely to negatively affect the experience of others.
No refund will be given where participation is refused or terminated due to failure to comply with safety instructions or these Terms & Conditions.
4. Paints and Materials
The Intro Splatter Class uses water-based household paints and art materials.
Paint may come into contact with clothing, footwear, skin, personal belongings, and accessories.

Guests participate at their own risk.
5. Protective Clothing
Complimentary pre-used protective coveralls are provided as a courtesy.
For adults, brand-new coveralls may be available as an optional add-on.
The Studio does not guarantee protection against paint transfer or staining.
Participants are strongly advised to wear clothing and footwear that can get messy.
6. Medical Conditions and Allergies
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the activity is suitable for them.
Any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, sensory sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy, or support requirements should be considered before booking.

Participation is undertaken entirely at the participant's own discretion and responsibility.
Guests requiring assistance should attend with a carer or support person.
7. Alcohol Consumption
This is a public session and some participants may choose to consume alcohol before or during the class.

Participants under the age of 18 must not consume alcohol at any time.
8. Photography and Marketing
Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for use on the Studio's website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content.
By attending, participants consent to such use unless they notify the Studio in before the session begins.
For participants under the age of 18, consent must be provided by the accompanying parent or legal guardian.

Artistic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Paintings require drying time before transport.
Artwork may be collected from the Studio after the drying period stated on the website.
Artwork must be collected within 14 days of becoming available for collection.
Due to limited storage space, any artwork not collected within 14 days may be disposed of, recycled, or donated without further notice or compensation.
Paperdoll Art Studio accepts no responsibility for artwork once it has been collected from the Studio.
10. Arrival Times
Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
