Terms & Conditions – Art Collection & Delivery

Collection of Your Artwork

We kindly ask that all artwork be collected within 14 days of your session. Paintings require at least 2-3 days to dry, so please allow for this before planning your collection.

Collection or pick-up at the studio can be arranged online by filling out the form.
Paintings not collected within 14 days will be disposed of without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is collected or that you arrange your own shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

If you are unable to collect in person, we can prepare your painting for courier collection.

  • Please arrange your own shipping or courier service. We do not provide or recommend specific couriers, so please choose a provider that suits your needs.

  • Once you have booked a courier and received your shipping label, please send it to us via email, along with clear photos of your artwork for identification.

To ensure safe packaging and handling, your courier collection date must be at least 5 days after you’ve submitted the form and label.

  • We do not cover or reimburse any shipping or courier costs.

  • We are not liable for any damage or delays caused by third-party courier services.
