1. Personal Responsibility:• We provide waterproof overalls with hoodies, disposable shoe covers, and eye protection. However, it is your responsibility to take appropriate precautions, such as wearing protective clothing and shoes that you do not mind getting paint on.

2. Assumption of Risk:• You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with this activity. These risks include, but are not limited to, potential damage to personal items (such as clothing, shoes, and accessories) and minor physical risks such as paint splashes in the eyes.

3. No Liability:• You agree that the organiser Alma Tipon t/a Paperdoll Art Studio, instructor, the studio, and any associated personnel are NOT liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the class.• This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to personal property (such as clothing and shoes) or any physical harm (including paint splashes to the eyes). 

4. Participation and Enjoyment:• While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, it is ultimately your responsibility to engage in the activity in a safe manner.

5. Health and Safety:• Participants should inform the instructor of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns that might affect their ability to safely participate in the class.• If you feel unwell or are injured during the class, please inform the instructor immediately.

6. Property Damage:• Any intentional damage to studio property will be the responsibility of the participant and may result in charges for repair or replacement.

7. Payment and Refunds:• Payment for the class must be made in full prior to participation.• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class

8. Photography and Media:The studio may take photographs or video recordings during the class for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these images or recordings unless you inform us otherwise before the class begins. 

9.Terms for Young Participants:All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the class or workshop. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child’s supervision, safety, and conduct at all times.Paperdoll Art Studio, including its artists and staff, cannot accept liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the session.By enrolling a child, the parent or guardian confirms they understand and accept these terms and take full responsibility during the session.

For health and safety reasons, children are NOT permitted in public classes. Any attendee arriving with a child will be denied entry. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will apply in these circumstances. For a child-friendly option, we recommend booking a private Splatter Class instead.

Children under 5 are not permitted to take part in the session.Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to join a public class.The accompanying adult must sign a waiver on behalf of the child before the session begins.

10. Collection/ShippingPlease collect your artwork from our studio within 14 days after the class. You can check our opening hours on our website: www.paperdollartstudio.co.uk/collection

Paintings not collected within 14 days will be disposed of without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is collected or that you arrange your own shipping. If using a courier, please send us the shipping label so we can attach it to your parcel. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs.
