What Happens During Your Splatter Experience?
Your group will be welcomed into the studio and helped into protective clothing.
The artist will help each child choose their colours before demonstrating different ways to pour, drip, flick, splash and layer the paint.
The children will then create their own individual splatter paintings with guidance throughout the session.
The atmosphere is energetic and playful, while the artist keeps the activity organised and helps every child feel confident and included.

What Should the Children Wear?
We provide protective overalls, gloves, shoe covers and safety glasses.
Splatter painting can still get messy, so please ask every guest to wear comfortable older clothes and shoes. Paint may occasionally reach clothing, footwear or personal belongings, so valuables and jewellery should be left at home.
Painting Collection
The paintings usually need approximately three days to dry and can be collected from the studio afterwards.
Paintings should be collected within 14 days. You may also arrange your own courier or ask us about delivery.
Takeaway boxes for 30 × 40 cm canvases are available for £5 each if you would prefer to take the paintings home on the day.

Free on-site parking is available when vehicle registrations are provided in advance. Weekend parking must be arranged before the Wimbledon Art Studios office closes.
After entering through the black gate, turn left and wait by the yellow studio entrance. Your artist will meet you there.
Important Arrival Information
Please ask all guests to arrive 10 minutes before the party begins so there is enough time to complete the required forms and put on protective clothing.
Parties start promptly. Guests arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start may not be admitted, as joining late can disrupt the experience.

Every class is led by a DBS-checked practising professional artist who is experienced in working with children.

Protective equipment is provided, but splatter painting is naturally messy. Please send your child in older clothes and shoes that can get paint on them.

Yes. All options are private, so the splatter room is reserved exclusively for your group.

Yes. If you choose the 1.5-hour or 2-hour experience with time in the reserved celebration area, you’re welcome to bring decorations. Please keep them simple and take them with you afterwards.

If you choose the 1.5-hour or 2-hour experience with celebration time, you’re welcome to bring cake, snacks and drinks to enjoy in the reserved celebration area. Food and drinks are not allowed in the splatter room.

We require at least one supervising adult to remain on-site throughout the party, with a maximum of three supervising adults per booking.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. This gives everyone enough time to complete the required forms and put on their protective clothing.
